** Stock on track for its best session since April 8 if current gains hold

** MedTech co upgrades FY26 underlying EBITDA forecast to ~A$2.6 million ($1.86 million) from ~A$2 million previously expected

** Attributes upgrade to operational performance, improved cost efficiencies, and others

** About 3.2 million shares change hands, 9.3 times the 30-day avg

** Stock up 2% YTD, including the session's moves
