 RGP.O  hit near two-year low; last down 11.6% at $14.7
    ** Reports Q3 revenue of $186.8 mln down from $204.6 mln, a
year earlier
    ** It includes $6.7 mln revenue from taskforce, which was
divested at the start of 2023; excluding taskforce, co's Q3
revenue declined 4.1% YoY on constant currency basis
    ** Profit fell to 37 cents per share in Q3 2023 from 65
cents per share last year
    ** YTD RGP was down about 18.8%
