Italy reported 347 coronavirus-related deaths on Wednesday

The board of Italy's no.2 bank on Wednesday filed its slate
of candidates for appointment as new directors at the annual
meeting on April 15. The list includes new Chief Executive
Andrea Orcel, who was picked in January to replace Jean Pierre
Mustier, who stepped down last month.
The lender added it wanted to boost diversity and focus on

Newly-formed Stellantis, a combination of Peugeot-maker PSA
