Reviva rises on positive schizophrenia drug interaction trial data

** Shares of drug developer Reviva Pharmaceuticals Holdings
Inc  RVPH.O  rise 15.4% to $4.66 premarket
    ** Co announces positive data from drug interaction trial
investigating the potential effect of CYP3A4 enzyme on
brilaroxazine, co's investigational schizophrenia drug
    ** CYP3A4 enzyme, mainly found in liver and intestine, is
responsible for removing foreign organic molecules such as drugs
from the body 
    ** An enzyme inhibitor increased the drug between 6% and 16%
in patients, while an enzyme inducer decreased the drug presence
between 33% and 56% - RVPH
    ** Enzyme inhibitor showed no clinically significant
interaction when combined with the drug - RVPH
    ** Co expects to report late-stage data of the schizophrenia
drug in mid-2023
    ** Stock had risen 39.8% YTD, as of last close
