    * Announces share buyback program for its shares  
    * Says purchase of up to a maximum of 2,228,000 shares (in 
which are included 230,000 shares already purchased with 
previous share buyback program) in a period of 2 years with 
price between 0.2 and 4 euros per share 
    * Says that execution of the share buyback program is upon
