Director dealings

Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty
innovator, has been notified that Bob Holt, Chief Executive Officer of the
Company, purchased 500,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares")
on 3 July 2023 at a price of 31.625p per Ordinary Share. Following this
purchase, he now holds 1,500,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.5% of the
current Issued Share Capital of the Company
