Directorate Change

 

The Company wishes to notify the market that Rachel Horsefield, a
non-executive director of the Company, will not be seeking re-election at the
Company's annual general meeting on 29 September 2025 ("AGM"). Shareholders
are thereby informed that resolution no. 5, to re-elect Rachel Horsefield as a
director of the Company, will be withdrawn from the resolutions to be put to
shareholders at the AGM. The Board would like to wish her well in her future
endeavours.

The Company will review its board and committee structure in the forthcoming
months.
