announces that, following the completion of the all-share merger between
Liberum Capital Limited (renamed Panmure Liberum Capital Limited) and Panmure
Gordon Group Limited, the Company has changed its Nominated Adviser and Broker
to Panmure Liberum Limited with immediate effect.
