Revolution Beauty Group plc (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty
innovator, is pleased to announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting
("AGM") in respect to 2023, will be held at the offices of Macfarlanes LLP at
20 Cursitor Street, London, EC4A 1LT at 10:00 a.m. on 28 September 2023.

The Notice of AGM has been dispatched to shareholders, together with the
Annual Report and Accounts to those shareholders who have elected not to
receive electronic communications, and an electronic copy will be available
shortly on the investor section of the Company's website
