Regulatory Investigation

The Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") has today notified Revolution
Beauty that it has commenced an investigation into potential breaches of the
Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 (as it forms part of UK domestic law by
virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018) in relation to certain
matters in the period from July 2021 to September 2022.  Revolution Beauty is
cooperating fully with the FCA.
