("Revolution Beauty", the "Group", or the "Company")

Response to allegations by Chrysalis Investments Limited

Revolution Beauty (AIM: REVB), the multi-channel mass beauty innovator, notes
the comments by Chrysalis Investments Limited ("Chrysalis") on 29 January
2024, stating that it believes it has certain potential claims against the
Company in relation to its purchase of Revolution Beauty shares in July 2021
and the sale of those shares in late 2022. The Company confirms that it has
received a pre-action letter from Chrysalis. Chrysalis has not commenced
formal legal proceedings.

The Company strongly contests the allegations and has been engaging with
Chrysalis's advisers accordingly.
