Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the
Company wishes to notify the market of the following:

As of 31 March 2026, the Company's issued share capital consisted of
869,716,908 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), all with
voting rights. No shares are currently held in treasury. The total number of
voting rights in the Company as of 31 March 2026 is therefore 869,716,908.

The above figure of 869,716,908 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders as
the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the
Company.
