Revolution Beauty Group plc (Company), the multi-channel mass beauty brand, announces that the Company was notified on 27 November 2025, that on 27 November 2025, Iain McDonald, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 2.49 pence per share.

Following the purchase, Iain McDonald will have a beneficial interest in 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.35 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19(1) of the EU Market Abuse Regulation as incorporated into UK law through the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018.
