** Shares of sportswear & apparel retailer Frasers Group FRAS.L up 1.5% at 729.25 pence ** Shares of Revolution Beauty REVB.L also up 9.4% at 7.9 pence ** British cosmetics company REVB says Frasers Group is among several parties conducting due diligence for a potential takeover of Revolution Beauty ** The cosmetics seller went up for sale in May after months of declining sales and a settlement with ex-CEO Adam Minto wiped out 70% of its value ** As of last close, FRAS stock up ~21.18%, and REVB down ~50% YTD (Reporting by Ankita Bora in Bengaluru) ((Ankita.Bora@thomsonreuters.com))
