** Wall Street Journal reports Merck MRK.N is no longer in discussions to buy RVMD

** The talks cooled after the two could not agree on price - WSJ

** RVMD shares jumped 10% after the talks for a $28 billion to $32 billion buyout were first reported

** RVMD stock gained 82% in last year
