August 26 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes were subdued on Wednesday after a key inflation reading came in hotter than expected, while investors stuck to the sidelines ahead of AI bellwether Nvidia's earnings later in the day.  .N
     
At  13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.18% at 53,478.81. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.04% at 7,673.89, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.19% at 26,100.41.
