** Shares of medical equipment maker Revvity RVTY.N fall 7.3% to $96.07 premarket

** Co lowers annual adj EPS forecast to between $4.85 and $4.95 from between $4.90 and $5 previously

** However, RVTY raises 2025 revenue forecast to $2.84 billion to $2.88 billion, up from previous forecast of $2.83 billion to $2.87 billion

** Rev forecast raise reflects recent changes in foreign currency exchange rates and assumes 2% to 4% organic growth, co says

** Co earns quarterly adj EPS of $1.18, beating Wall Street estimates of $1.14 - LSEG data

** Up to last close, stock had fallen 7.1% YTD
