21% to A$2.53, its biggest intraday pct jump since June 2019

    ** Crayon offers RHP shareholders A$2.50 per share,
representing a near 20% premium to RHP's last close on June 28
    ** The offer values RHP at A$402.7 mln ($301.62 mln)
    ** RHP biggest percentage gainer in the ASX All Ordinaries
index  .AORD ; hits highest since November 2019
    ** Crayon lost more than 8% overnight, its worst day since
last October 
    ** About 1.7 mln RHP shares change hands, vs the 30-day
average volume of 258,000 shares
    ** RHP up 13.6% this year, as of June 28 close, vs a 10.5%
rise in ASX All Ordinaries index
