In accordance with LR 9.6.14, RHI Magnesita announces that Fiona Paulus,
Non-Executive Director, has been appointed with effect from 27 May 2022 as a
Non-Executive Director of JSW Steel Limited, a company listed on the National
Stock Exchange of India and also on the Bombay Stock Exchange.
