GDRB.BU :
* Has signed a distribution and supply agreement with a
wholly-owned subsidiary of Allergan AGN.N to sell its Levosert
medicine in Latin America.
* Sales-related royalties and milestone payments will become
payable to Allergan following the launch of the product.
