Rigel Pharma rises after U.S. launch of blood cancer drug

** Shares of drug developer Rigel Pharmaceuticals Inc
 RIGL.O  up 5% at $1.26 premarket
    ** Co says its blood cancer drug Rezlidhia is now available
in the U.S. by prescription 
    ** Rezlidhia was approved on December 1 to treat adult
patients with relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukemia with
a suspected mutation of gene called isocitrate dehydrogenase-1 -
RIGL     
    ** RIGL says the wholesale acquisition cost of Rezlidhia in
the U.S. is $32,200 per month based on the recommended dosage 
    ** Up to Wednesday's close, RIGL shares are down 54.7% YTD
