** Shares of quantum computing firm Rigetti Computing RGTI.O fall 3.7% to $17.11 premarket

** Reports Q4 revenue of $1.9 mln, down from $2.3 mln a year prior, and missing analysts' consensus estimates of $2.34 mln, according to data compiled by LSEG

** RGTI reports a Q4 loss of 3 cents/shr on an adj. basis vs a loss of 6 cents/shr a year ago, in line with analysts' expectations

**  Of the 12 analysts that cover RGTI, nine rate it "buy" or higher, two "hold" and one "sell" or lower; median PT is $37

** As of last close, stock down nearly 20% YTD vs 1.9% decline in the Nasdaq .IXIC
