Rakhi Goss-Custard, a non-executive director of Rightmove plc, will join the
Board of Trainline plc as an independent non-executive director, Chair of the
Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination, Audit and Risk
Committees, with effect from the conclusion of Trainline’s AGM on 30 June
2022.
