Dec 15 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.4%.
* SHELL: Britain's Financial Reporting Council said it had opened an investigation into Ernst & Young's audit of Shell's 2024 financial statements over potential breaches of audit partner rotation rules.
* HIKMA PHARMACEUTICALS: Hikma Pharmaceuticals said its CEO Riad Mishlawi is stepping down, with Executive Chairman and former CEO Said Darwazah assuming responsibilities of the top role.
* AMIGO HOLDINGS: Amigo Holdings said it has appointed Craig Ransley as its executive chair as the company continues to explore a potential reverse takeover amid plans to become a shell company.
* TT ELECTRONICS: DBAY Advisors, the biggest shareholder of TT Electronics , said that it does not intend to make an offer for the British company, withdrawing from a possible bidding war with Swiss firm Cicor .
* HSBC: Hong Kong's Hang Seng Bank 0011.HK said an independent board committee found HSBC's HSBA.L $13.6 billion take-private offer to be fair and reasonable, and recommended its minority investors vote in favour of the proposal.
* HOUSE PRICES: Asking prices for British homes have fallen by more than is usual for the time of year, property website Rightmove said, in what could be a reflection of the rise in uncertainty in the property market ahead of the government's budget last month.
* CRYPTO REGULATION: Britain will start regulating cryptoassets from October 2027, the finance ministry said, rules it hopes will give the industry certainty while keeping out "dodgy actors".
* COMMODITIES: Oil prices climbed on Monday, gold held near a more than seven-week high, and Shanghai copper prices retreated from a record high hit in the prior session.
