    * Places significantly oversubscribed cash capital increase 
among institutional investors 
    * Placement price was set to 2.20 euros per new share 
    * Share capital of Ringmetall AG was raised from  
22,880,000.00 euros by 2,288,000.00 euros to 25,168,000.00 euros 
against cash contributions 
    * Receives gross proceeds of 5,033,600.00 euros ($5.60 
million)from capital increase
