**A group of Canadian energy chief executives, representing the largest pipeline and oil and gas companies, is urging the country's leaders to declare an energy crisis and use emergency powers to reduce regulations, aiming to boost domestic production and enhance Canadian sovereignty ahead of the federal election campaign.
