    - The Biden administration is preparing to relax
restrictions on some weapons sales to Saudi Arabia, U.S.
officials said on Thursday, crediting the kingdom’s peace talks
with a militia in Yemen for hastening an easing of the
constraints.

    - Rite Aid  RADCQ.PK , the pharmacy chain, used facial
recognition technology to falsely and disproportionately
identify people of color and women as likely shoplifters, the
Federal Trade Commission said on Tuesday, describing a system
that embarrassed customers and raised new concerns about the
biases baked into such technologies.

    - Whole Foods did not violate the law when it punished
