Asset manager Rithm to acquire Scupltor in about $720 mln deal

Oct 27 (Reuters) - Asset manager Rithm Capital  RITM.N 
will acquire Sculptor Capital Management  SCU.N  for $12.70 per
class A share, in a deal valuing the company at about $719.8
million, the companies said on Friday.
