Directorate Changes

 

In accordance with the Listing Rule LR 9.6.11, the Board of River and
Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment Company Limited ("RMMC") today announces
that Ms Charlotte Denton, a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit
Committee, has tendered her resignation and will leave the Board with effect
from 1 May 2024.

 

The Company expects to announce the appointment of another Non-Executive
Director in due course.
