Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

 

River and Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment Company Limited (the "Company")
announces that an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") will be held at the
Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter
Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on Tuesday 18 June 2024 at 09:00am BST to change the
name of the Company.

The Notice of the EGM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for inspection at
