NOTICE OF FINAL RESULTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

River Global announces that the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting
("AGM") has been posted to shareholders and is available on the Company's
website: www.river.global. The Company expects to release its audited final
results for the year ended 30 September 2025 during the week commencing 16
March 2026.

The AGM will be held at 10.00 am on 31 March 2026 at 30 Coleman Street, London
EC2R 5AL.
