Appointment of Director

 

The Board of River and Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment Company Limited
("RMMC"), is pleased to announce that Charlotte Denton has been appointed
Chair of the RMMC Audit Committee and will succeed Stephen Coe who is standing
down on August 31st.

 

In the course of her career to date, Charlotte has extensive experience of
leading regulated businesses in Guernsey and London and has served on a
variety of boards in the last 15 years, including London listed and private
equity general partner boards, fiduciary services and banking.

 

Charlotte will be replacing Stephen Coe who has decided to step down from the
Board to focus on his other interests.

 

Commenting Andrew Chapman, Chairman of RMMC said: "I would like to thank
Stephen for all of the work he has done in his role as Chair of the RMMC Audit
Committee and the Board wishes him well in his future endeavours. We are
delighted to welcome Charlotte who has been appointed as the new Chair of our
