Notice of Annual General Meeting

 

Following the publication of its Annual Report and Financial Statements for
the year ended 30 September 2022, River and Mercantile UK Micro Cap Investment
Company Limited (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be held at the Company's registered office, BNP Paribas House, St
Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WA on Wednesday, 1 March 2023 at
09:30 GMT.

The Notice of the AGM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for inspection at
