Proposed sale of River Global's Asset Management business to Liontrust

 

 

In relation to the announcement this morning of the proposed acquisition of
River Global Holdings Limited, the holding company of our Portfolio Manager,
River Global Investors LLP, by Liontrust Asset Management Plc, the independent
Board remains committed to the successful investment strategy that was put in
place at IPO in 2014 and will update shareholders on the implications for the
Company and its shareholders, should any transaction proceed.
