** Shares of RKEC Projects  RKEC.NS  rise as much as 15.9%
to 90.8 rupees, highest since Sept. 7, 2021
    ** Co reported on Wednesday its Suryadevara JV got order
worth 265.3 mln rupees ($3.19 million)
    ** Adds, time of completion for project is 9 months
    ** Stock on track for third consecutive session of gains, if
trend holds
    ** More than 4.5 mln shares change hands by 11:30 a.m. IST
vs 16.1x 30-day avg of 276,630 shares
    ** Stock last up 13.7%, bumping YTD gains to nearly 92%
