** Shares of civil and defense construction company RKEC Projects  RKEC.NS 
rise as much as 9.9% to 86.9 rupees
    ** Stock rises after three consecutive sessions of losses
    ** RKEC wins order worth 395 million rupees ($4.8 million) 
    ** More than 564,000 shares change hands, 2.2x the 30-day avg
    ** Stock gained 66.1% in 2023, last up 6.5%
