Adjournment of the Annual General Meeting
 
 
 
 
RM announces that the adjourned Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 142B Park Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxon, OX14 4SE at 11.00 a.m. on 6 April 2020.
 
 
Public gatherings of more than 2 people are not permitted under the new Stay at Home Measures and therefore shareholders are not allowed to attend the AGM in person.  Anyone seeking to attend will be refused entry.  The situation is evolving and further announcements may be required.
