RM plc announces appointment of CEO
 
RM plc ("RM" or "the company"), a leading supplier of technology and resources to the education sector, is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Martin as CEO. Neil, who has served as RM's CFO for the past 5 years, will succeed David Brooks with effect from 1 March 2021.
 
As CFO, Neil has been much involved in the changes in the company in the past several years, and the responses to the Covid-19 pandemic and the Board welcomes his appointment to the role.
 
Pending the appointment of a permanent successor, Mark Berry, will join RM as interim CFO in early March. Between 2016 and 2019, Mark was CFO at Foxtons plc and prior to that spent 15 years at Hays plc, in a number of senior finance roles. 
 
There is no additional information which is required to be disclosed under rule 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
