Confirmation of Chief Financial Officer Start Date
Further to the announcement made on 20th May 2015, and in accordance with paragraph 9.6.12 of the Listing Rules, RM plc ("RM") today confirms that, on 28th September 2015, Neil Martin will join the Board of RM as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Iain McIntosh, the current CFO, will leave the Group and cease being a Director of RM.
