 Change of Administrator and Registered Office

 The Board of RM Infrastructure Income Plc announces that, with effect from 21
 May 2026, the administration of the Company will be transferred from Apex
 Listed Fund Services (UK) Limited to NCM Fund Services Limited.

 Following this change, the Company's new registered office shall be 1(st)
 Floor, 42 New Broad Street, London, EC2M 1JD.
