RMR Group shares soar after incentive fees beat estimates

** Shares in RMR Group  RMR.O  jump after it announced it
expects $120.1 mln incentive fees for 2018, well ahead of
estimate from B. Riley FBR, which raised its PT for the real
estate asset management co
    ** RMR disclosed the incentive business management fees

    ** Shares last up 17.5 pct at $67.44 with volume 1.2 times
10-DMA. On track for record one-day pct gain
    **  B. Riley FBR analyst Bryan Maher says the fee compares
with his expectation for $23.5 mln, estimated at the end of
November. Maher increased PT to $91 from $82 and reiterated buy
rating on the stock
