Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

Roadside (AIM: ROAD), the UK energy forecourt real estate business, is pleased
to announce the appointment of Shore Capital Stockbrokers Limited ("Shore
Capital") as the Company's joint corporate broker with immediate effect.

Cavendish Capital Markets Limited will remain as Roadside's Nominated Adviser
and joint corporate broker.
