Completion of Acquisition

Further to admission of the Placing and Subscription shares to trading on AIM
on 23 February 2026 and in accordance with the terms of the SPA, the Company
is pleased to confirm today that the acquisition of Gardner Retail, as
previously announced on 24 December 2025, has now completed.
