Roadside (AIM: ROAD) confirms the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be held at its registered office at 115b Innovation Drive,
Milton, Abingdon, OX14 4RZ on 25 June 2024 at 10.00 a.m.

 

A notice convening the AGM has been posted to shareholders on 31 May 2024. The
document will also be available for viewing on the Company's website.

 

Confirmation of change of website address

 

Further to the Company's name change announced on 30 January 2024, the
Company's website address has changed to www.roadsideplc.com
(http://www.roadsideplc.com) . All information required by AIM Rule 26 is
