Result of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Directorate Changes

Roadside (AIM: ROAD), the UK energy forecourt real estate business, is
pleased to announce that at the Company's AGM held earlier today, all
resolutions were duly passed.

Directorate Changes

Further to the Company's announcement of 17 February 2026, the Company can
confirm that Swarupa Pathakji has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director
of the Company, while Matthew Wood has completed his tenure as a Non-Executive
Director of the Company, both effective as of the conclusion of the AGM today.

The board would like to extend its sincere gratitude to Matt Wood for his
dedicated service over the past six years.  Matt's thoughtful stewardship and
oversight have made a lasting impact on the organisation, and the Board is
truly appreciative of his support and contribution.
