Roadside (AIM: ROAD) announces that it has posted its Notice of AGM 2026 and forms of proxy today.

The AGM will be held at its registered office at 115b Innovation Drive, Milton, Abingdon, OX14 4RZ on 24 March 2026 at 10.00 a.m.
