Blocklisting Application
 
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a blocklisting of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities ("Admission").
 
The new Ordinary Shares, which rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be issued pursuant to the exercise of employee share options under the Executive Share Option Scheme.  It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 13 April 2018.
