Director/PDMR Shareholding

 

 

Robert Walters plc has been notified that Steven Cooper, a Non-executive
Director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 04 August at a price of £5.10 per share. As a
result, Mr Cooper's holding in Robert Walters plc, including holdings of
connected persons, is now 7,000 Ordinary Shares.
