Notification and public disclosure of transactions by PDMR

 

 

Robert Walters plc has been notified that David Bower, Chief Financial Officer
of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") between 22(nd) and 23(rd) October 2024 at an average price
of £3.721 per share.

 

There has therefore been an increase in the overall shareholding as a result
of these dealings and individual shareholdings before and after are set out
below:
