Robert Walters plc has been notified that Jane Hesmondhalgh, Non-executive
Director of the Company, purchased 7,000 ordinary shares of 20p each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 March 2025 at a price of £2.48 per share.
As a result, Jane Hesmondhalgh's holding in Robert Walters plc is now 7,000
Ordinary Shares.
